2017 will be an extremely challenging year for my CIO friends

Don’t expect 2017 to be any less challenging than the current year.  2016 saw a large number of successful (depending on your definition) breaches, not only in the United States but all throughout the world. According to the latest information from The Identity Theft Resource Center there have been 178million people affected so far this year.  And the number of affected entities continues to rise.
